Even though there are still some celebrities that use old phones, most celebrities have moved on with time and they are using smartphones these days. They use the same phones that most normal people are using in their normal lives. Cell phones are an important accessory these days, not just for celebrities but also for normal people.

The iPhone is often seen as one of the hippest and most popular smartphones around and Madonna, Pharrell Williams and Lindsay Lohan have been seen using an iPhone. Other celebrities that are iPhone fans and love using their iPhone include Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel and Transformers actress Megan Fox.

Another popular smartphone that is often used by celebrities is the Blackberry. Despite the fact that it’s not the phone with the best design it has many fans amongst celebrities, such as Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez and Paris Hilton.

We don’t see as many celebrities with Android smartphones yet, but Android phones are catching up fast and they are rapidly getting more popular, better and faster. Phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the HTC Sensation certainly do have their fans as well. Lady Gaga, Olivia Munn and Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen have all been spotted with an Android smartphone.

Celebrities tend to change their cell phones quite often though, so making a list of which celebrity is using which phone is rather hard the data could change at any time. What is clear, however, is that they use the same phones we do and they all have their own preference, just like us.
