Ryan Dunn has died in a car accident. The Jackass star was driving his own Porsche 911 GT3 when he crashed, killing himself and his passenger, Zach Hartwell. The police said his car was “fully engulfed in flames” when they arrived at the place of the accident. The police also said that Dunn might have been driving as fast as 130 miles per hour when his car spun off the road, went through the guardrail and hit a tree.

Dunn, 34 years old, had uploaded a picture of himself and his friends in a bar to his Facebook page a few hours before the crash and he had also made several pictures with fans. On the pictures Dunn can be seen drinking and from the looks of it, he’s not completely sober. The toxicology report has just been released and it seems to confirm that Dunn did indeed drink too much, his blood alcohol level was more than two times the legal limit.

Dunn starred in the MTV hit series Jackass and in the three movies that followed. He also had his own TV shows, Homewrecker and Proving Ground, and he appeared regularly in Viva La Bam, Bam Margera’s Jackass-spinoff. Hartwell was a 30 year old production assistant who worked with Dunn and Jackass in the past.
