Lindsay Lohan made headlines this past week when she was forced to once again explain herself to a judge. It seems that this social butterfly just cannot seem to follow any rules, even those that are the direct orders of California’s own Judge Stephanie Sautner. While Ms. Lohan may believe she can play by her own rules she is still technically on probation, which means the ball is still in the judge’s court.

This time LiLo showed up for her court date with a better choice of clothing but clearly showing a definite lack of skills in the make-up department. While the judge does not appear to be overly impressed by Lindsay’s Hollywood background it does seem that the hands of justice have been more than a little lenient for this prima donna.

Although it was obvious that Lohan was attempting to impress the court with a ‘seriously sober’ demeanor Judge Sautner ruled that she was going to order LiLo to serve jail time for violating the terms of her probation. The sentencing may have seemed harsher but once again appearances were deceiving.

Lindsay did make it to the booking station but this time her 30 day sentence lasted less than 5 hours. This was good news for the former Disney star since she had a nude Playboy shoot on her social calendar.

According to Lohan’s reps it seems that this ‘bad girl’ actress enjoyed baring her body and is eagerly looking forward to the photo-spread that is going to be included in Playboy’s January edition. Even Lindsay’s mother is supporting her daughter’s decision to pose nude and believes that the pictures are going to impress many people.

From probation violator to nude model in less than a week, who else but LiLo could pull this off?
