A mere six months after bringing a beautiful ten-pound baby into the world, fashion model Miranda Kerr looked stunning with her bikini-ready body as she walked in a Sydney, Australia bathing suit fashion show on August 3rd, 2011. The 28-year-old new mother stifled a giggle as she told the Associated Press, “I didn’t do anything unusual to lose the weight after I had the baby. I ate a healthy diet consisting of fresh fruits and veggies and low-fat foods, continued my daily yoga regimen, and worked out for about an hour three to four times a week. It was what I did before I got pregnant and the same thing I do now”. She gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy but lost the weight quickly after the child’s birth, within just a few months. Kerr stated that her friends were proud of her and asking her secrets for the rapid weight loss after she delivered the baby, but were envious of her being able to fit back into her designer bikinis from the very beginning of summer when they could not even fit into their old jeans after having their children. Kerr strutted her gorgeous bikini-ready after-baby body on the catwalk at the fashion show in Sydney in August and not a single stretch mark or extra heaviness of left over baby fat could be found anywhere on her flawless body, even with the camera adding ten pounds. She reveals to all women that they have the ability to have a body built for a bikini after having a baby with a little bit of dedication to their health and fitness. Kerr finalized with an encouraging statement to other women, “Working out can be time consuming, but remember that everything we do burns calories, and that includes housework”.
